This super rich tsukemen is made from a large amount of "domestic katakuchi dried sardines" carefully selected each season from a long-established wholesaler in Kyoto, and chicken bones that are simmered until they become mushy.It takes about 7 minutes to boil, but it's worth the wait. The thick noodles are easy to swallow and go perfectly with the rich soup. We also recommend the "rich spicy tsukemen" which combines a super rich soup with a homemade spiciness.
